Position Summary

Job Type: Full-time

Each Territory Sales Representative will maintain and develop relationships with clientele in his or her territory; promote existing and new products; collaborate with Russian Pointe departments including marketing and product development; attend and help coordinate marketing events and activities; and adhere to the company’s goals, objectives and ethos.

The position will be based in our Chicago, corporate office, with travel as needed to primarily the United States.

Territory Sales Representatives, receive salary plus performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth in a highly successful, growing company.

The Territory Sales Representative will be highly motivated and responsible; eager to consider the company’s success as his or her own; genuinely interested in people and in the company’s products; polite, poised, creative and articulate; and a current or former dancer with previous sales experience.

Responsibilities and Goals

  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing accounts, which are primarily dance stores.
  • Develop new accounts, qualifying those accounts based on location, sales potential and growth.
  • Create and maintain relationships with all levels of clientele, including dance schools, dance companies and individual dancers, as well as dancewear stores.
  • Provide product training to accounts in territory, during regular contact and hosting trunk shows and seminars.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, dance competitions and other events.
  • Participate actively in the company’s goals and objectives, through collaboration with other team members, including: identification of potential customers and customer demand of competing products and trends.
  • Product development (including sourcing, pricing, launching) – Analysis of market trends and opportunities to increase market share
  • Develop and maintain database of qualified leads, through referral, telephone canvassing, in-person cold calling, direct mail and email, and networking within existing client base.
  • Source, coordinate and participate in or solely conduct marketing events such as retailer visits, trade shows, trunk shows and seminars.
  • Prepare status reports, presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with company staff and outside contractor(s) as needed.
  • Regularly travel within territory, including coordination of travel and client visits.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Dance experience (REQUIRED), with experience in or strong knowledge of pointework and/or pointe shoes (strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Poised, polite and professional attitude and self-presentation, with demonstrated ability to carry on a pleasant and results-oriented business conversation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Excellence in team work, plus proven capability to think creatively, take initiative and work independently

Position Summary

Job Type: Full-time

As an inside sales representative you will interface with various company departments and outside customers. You will be the front line to all our existing customers as well as potential new customers. You must be knowledgeable in our products and effectively communicate features and benefits as well as answer all customer inquiries. You will be working in tandem with our Outside Sales Specialists to build a customer base as well as strengthen existing customers.

Responsibilities and Goals

  • Upsell all product to existing customers
  • Handle general delivery, return and invoicing inquiries
  • Call on backorders and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify new client opportunities
  • Accurately enter data into company website, ERP and CRM

Position Summary

Job Type: Full-time

Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Executive Assistant provides experienced, detail-oriented, deadline-driven administrative support and coordination to the CEO of the company. This position requires an organized, politely assertive, articulate professional who can can interact effectively with the CEO and other executives and work collaboratively with his/her colleagues. This position requires clarity of thought, exemplary communication skills and tactfulness, superior organizational skills, ability to be discreet, ability to manage complex and competing priorities, strong charactor and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Manage all aspects of CEO’s calendar for internal and external meetings. This requires initiative and appropriate discretion of the CEO’s and business colleagues and requires careful tracking of commitments, prioritizing business requests and accommodating daily changes to the schedule. The objective is to keep the CEO on track in the midst of competing demands and shifting priorities.
  • Travel Management: Air and ground transportation and complex logistics. This requires detailed knowledge of meeting and accommodation locations and travel times as well as the CEO’s preferences and expectations.
  • Meeting Management: Coordinate management team meetings, including communications, material development & meeting planning, reserving meeting space, post-meeting follow up review.
  • Mail and E-mail Management: Read and track all CEO’s e-mail traffic, flagging items for follow up with the CEO and/or the sender and use intelligence gleaned from e-mail to better anticipate shifts in priorities, scheduling, etc. Prioritize and ensure that all in coming correspondence and mail requiring action or attention is acted upon in a timely manner. Redirect requests to others as appropriate. Keeps track of multiple high-level projects to report on their status and ensure completion.
  • Telephone Calls: Answer, screen and route incoming calls. Trouble shoot, making independent judgement or referrals or providing solutions to issues raised or identified.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Support the CEO through drafting, proofing and/or editing confidential correspondence on a routine basis.
  • Special personal projects as requested by the CEO.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of experience in providing Senior Administrative support to top level executives.
  • Driver’s License Required!
