RP PURCHASE POLICIES
PRICE: All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed, except that prices for an order that have been accepted by RP Group International, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Seller”) are not subject to change after acceptance. Prices stated do not include any sales, use or excise tax or any other tax, duty or charge which is now in effect or may be hereafter imposed by any Federal, State or other authority. All such taxes, duties or other charges shall be paid by Buyer unless Buyer shall provide Seller an exemption certificate acceptable to the appropriate authorities.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal (Paypal must be used via Instant Transfer only, E-checks are not accepted).
Upon order submission, a receipt will be e-mailed to the address provided at time of order checkout.
All items are paid for in full upon order submission. After entering credit card information and clicking “complete your order” on the final review page, you will receive an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. Orders shipping to the state of Illinois are subject to state sales tax.
To utilize any of our promotional discount codes, please use/create a registered RP account. Promotional codes may not be applied towards previously placed orders nor combined with any other promotions or discounts. Only one promotional code may be used per order. Promotional codes may however be used in conjunction with merchandise credit and gift cards.
GIFT CARDS/MERCHANDISE CREDIT
If you are issued a merchandise credit for the return of an item purchased online, or choose to purchase an RP Gift Card, the value has a 1 year expiration date and may be used for any purchase/item.
Inventory levels noted on the website for each item are based on the latest inventory sync with our distribution center and may vary slightly. Backorders can take 6-13 weeks to arrive and must be paid in full at the time of order placement. Once the item has arrived to our warehouse facility, we will process and ship via the method selected at the time of order submission. You will be notified via email of the arrival and shipment of your back order. You may not backorder an item within the RP Outlet.
*Special orders include: vamp 1 and vamp 3 pointe shoes, as well as demi-pointe shoes.
In order to better serve you and ensure prompt delivery of your items, we utilize automated order processing and warehouse systems. All orders (including orders for backordered items) cannot be cancelled or modified and will be processed as submitted. Please note that ribbons and elastics are not complimentary for pointe shoe purchases. Ribbons/elastics, or any other accessory items must be included as a part of the order prior to final submission.
After finalizing your order, please monitor your account and reach out to our customer service team with any questions. Please note that refund requests will only be accepted within 10 days of order submission. Requests outside of this time frame, for orders not considered a special order, are eligible for compensation in the form of a virtual gift card. If you have been waiting in excess of 13 weeks for delivery of a backordered item that is not classified as a special order, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
Customer service representatives are available 9:00am to 5:00pm CST Monday through Friday for assistance.
Returns may be requested on new and unused items that qualify for a return. To ensure a quick an easy return, please adhere to the following steps:
- Make a return authorization request by contacting our representatives at 1-866-776-4683, or firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. Without this number, we cannot process a return upon receipt.
- In the return authorization request, indicate which items you would like to either exchange or return for a merchandise credit applicable throughout our store
Follow return instructions communicated after your initial authorization request. RP will tell you how and where to send your return.
Items that qualify must not be classified as a special order or clearance item and cannot be altered, used, worn, soiled or damaged. Returns must be made within 14 days of shipment for exchange or merchandise credit with original packaging and an original receipt. Returns must be made in a box suitable for shipment (product returned in mailing envelopes will not be accepted). Altered, used, worn, soiled or damaged items will be rejected and will only be returned to Customer at Customer’s sole cost and expense. RP is not responsible for any shipping fees associated in forwarding a return item for exchange/credit, or for any damage to the product that may occur during shipping. Delivery fees for any product exchange item is however complimentary if shipping within the contiguous 48 states (if the exchange is shipping to an address outside the lower 48 states, the exchange will be subject to delivery fees). *All sales are final for RP Outlet clearance items and for special orders. Special orders include: demi-pointe shoes, as well as vamp 1 and vamp 3 pointe shoes. If you are requesting a return for a product exchange, we cannot guarantee that your requested exchange item will be available at the time of new order processing. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing of any return request. Any merchandise credit has a 1-year expiration date from the date of issue. Returns not received within 30 days from the issue of a return authorization number will not be accepted.
If you purchased any RP product directly from your local retail affiliate and need to make a return or exchange, please contact the affiliate from which you purchased the item.
We cannot guarantee that a specific cobbler can make your pointe shoes. Any stamps on the bottom of pointe shoes are for quality control purposes and are not in any way indicative of maker’s mark. Requesting a return for a specific cobbler is not a viable reason for return.
Please provide a street address for shipment as we cannot deliver packages to P.O. boxes.
All orders submitted will ship via FedEx. Shipment processing does not occur on either Saturday or Sunday, nor during major U.S. holidays.
Expedited orders will be processed for same day shipment only if the order is placed prior to 12:00pm CST, Monday-Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. If an expedited order is received after 12:00pm CST Monday-Friday, it will be processed for delivery and shipped the business day following order submission. Please allow up to a 48-hour period for ground orders to be processed from our warehouse. Once shipped, for U.S. domestic orders shipping via standard ground, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
If your purchase total is $95.00 or more (excluding virtual gift cards, shipping and tax), you qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States (the states of Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free ground shipping as well as Puerto Rico and any other United States territories).
All packages should arrive by the end of the business day they are scheduled to be delivered. Weekend delivery via FedEx is not available.
RP cannot be responsible for customer errors in the shipping portion of the checkout and will not be responsible for missing packages that are confirmed delivered, or delays in shipping by the shipping company.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; RP has no control over these charges, nor can RP predict what they may be.
